Celia Richard, an artist working in Cavan, has produced two books for the upcoming Floating World show at Fermanagh Museum, Enniskillen. Floating World has invited submissions from the public, that will be shown alongside our published works. Check out pictures of her work and here is how she describes making the books, in the Book House in Cavan;

"I felt like playing at bookmaking.

Paper, scissors, glue, fabric, fabric remnants, needle and thread, coloured pencils, simple hand tools and discarded treasures. Stationery and DIY. Pictures and written words. I felt right at home, doing what I did as a child with my trained adult hands and my tired adult head. I took one little thing I had handy and found other things that could play with it...."
